Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to determine the yield and some yield components of green lentil cultivars in the ecological conditions of Isparta province. The trial was established in Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Research and Application Farm trial fields in 2020. As plant material, 1 red lentil cultivar (Çiftçi) and 10 green lentil cultivars (Yusufhan, Şahan, Ankara yeşili, Bozok, Ceren, Gümrah, Karagül, Kayı 91, Meyveci and Sultan 1) were used. The research was established according to the randomized blocks design with 3 replications. Analysis of variance was performed on the characteristics examined in the study. According to the results, the differences between the cultivars were found to be significant in characteristics except for the days to 50% flowering. According to the cultivars, first emergence time 9-12 days, %50 emergence time 12-16.5 days, days to first flowering 62-66.5 days, days to pod setting 73-78.5 days, plant height 26-35 cm, first pod height 15.7-22.4 cm, number of pod per plant 17.9-38.7, number of seeds per plant 15.8-52.6, seed yield per plant 0.94-1.76 g, biological yield 547.9-662.2 kg/ha, seed yield per unit area 162.3-242.3 kg/ha, harvest index 28.4-40%, The weight of a hundred seeds 3.3-7.3 g, water uptake capacity 0.027-0.071 g/grain and protein content varied between 23.14-25.39%. According to the results obtained, it was determined that the grain yields of Ceren, Gümrah and Sultan 1 green lentil cultivars used in the experiment were high. It was concluded that these varieties can be grown in Isparta conditions as a summer varieties.
