Abstract (EN)

Identifying and influencing factors affecting employee satisfaction is important for both the organization and the employees. There are a number of benefits in which the organization increases employee, motivation, performance and productivity. The success of an organization is directly proportional to its employees. Today, employees are expressed as the most vital capital for organizations. When the employee is satisfied, he / she becomes a good representative outside the organization and plays a key role in attracting qualified employees. Accordingly, the creation of employee satisfaction is an important issue for both the organization and the current and future (potential) employees. Nowadays, a number of variables are based on attracting qualified workforce. One of them is employer brand and the other one can be expressed as employee satisfaction. At this point, employer brand and values can be considered as the main components of employee satisfaction. A strong employer brand contributes to many organizations, satisfies existing employees and attracts potential employees who can contribute to and create value for organizations. This also affects the employee's intention to quit. In this study, the effect of employer brand activities on employee satisfaction and intention to leave was investigated with the example of education sector. For this purpose, data were collected from the teachers working in special educational institutions in Ankara and analyzed in SPSS program.
