Abstract (EN)
Today in the World, nois is an importantproblem. Thesources of noisareseverable. Thesources of noisaredifferent in the urban andruralareas. Industrialization and urbanisation could sause the problem of noise. Surely,the firmsareones of actors in economi cactivities and thechanging of individual demands have effected the amount of firms andqualities of firms. The noise is theenvironmental problem. Inadditionto. That is issue of occugational health and safety. With thetrame of firms. Inthisstudy, the relation ship between the procedure of licenceforfirmsandnoise has beenresearched. The national and international literatüre has been examined in thiscontext. Inaddition of firms has been scrutinised. Inthisstudy, we have found that the relation couldn't get between the law of noise toprevent the problem of nois. With the frame of finding, the model has been suggested.
