Abstract (EN)
In this study; Diwans of Mihri Hatun, Fıtnat Hanım, Leyla Hanım, Şeref Hanım and Adile Sultan were scanned; it was tried to determine how and in what meaning flowers were used by giving couplets. This study consists of a prologue and two chapters. In the first chapter, brief information about lives, literary identities and Diwans of poets was given. In the second chapter; firstly herbal features and position in our culture and literature of the flowers were explained and then their usage in scanned Diwans was given in sub-headings.
