Abstract (EN)
There have been changes in the workforce structure with the technological development that has occurred in the structure of the society that has undergone changes with globalization. One of these important changes in the workforce structure has also caused a significant increase in the number of working women. Research shows that women are increasingly involved in business life, but this involvement is at a low level and that it is not at a sufficient level in senior positions. There are many factors that cause these reasons, and it is stated that in today's business life, women have to work under the "glass ceiling", which they can never overcome. In this thesis, the obstacles faced by women managers, glass ceiling syndromes and the difficulties in front of them were aimed to be explained together with various analysis techniques in the light of the data obtained as a result of the capital cities working with women managers working in the construction sector.
