Abstract (EN)
Today, communication has reached different dimensions with the development of technology and digital communication channels have become widely used. The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate the issue of violence against women from the perspective of digital communication. For this purpose, first of all, representation of women in the media and then the concept of violence were discussed in detail. In the research part of the study, the posts on the subject of violence against women on Twitter accounts of women's organizations and platforms which are fighting violence against women were compared in Turkish and English.
