Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, with the increasing global competition, businesses needs detailed information about consumer?s behaviours of purchase to develop effective marketting strategies. The goal of this study is to reveal female consumers behaviour?s on impulse purchasing of cosmetic products. Also, this study aims to reveal effects of demographic components such as age, income status and education level over unplanned purchase behaviours.In the first section of the research, general structure of consumer?s purchase behaviours and In the second section of the research, unplanned purchase behaviours on cosmetic products are worked up. At last, in the third section, a questionnaire has been created in the line of scope and purpose of the research and this questionnaire is applied 407 people.Keywords: Consumer, Consumer Behaviours, Unplanned Purchase, Cosmetic Sector.
