Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted on the research area and laboratories of the Eastern Mediterranean Crossing Region Agricultural Research Institute between 2011 and 2015 years. Some different wild plums species Prunus spinosa, Prunus domestica and Prunus divaricata where through Kahramanmaras natural environment were selected as rootstock. Three rootstocks selected from each species of highest performance wild plum rootstocks that selected according to grading method were grafted with three apricot varieties (Hacıhaliloğlu, Kabaaşı and Hasanbey). Morphological developments, macro-micro plant nutrients uptake and graft compatibility of rootstock / scion combinations were investigated . Length of seedling of three apricot varieties grafted on Myrobolan 29C (118.66 cm) was found higher than other one year old plants. It cab be said that vigour of selected rootstocks were more weak developed than control rootstock. Length of grafted Prunus spinosa rootstock of one year plants SP-1 (71.22 cm), SP-2 (79.27 cm) and SP-3 (63.83 cm) were developed more weakly among the selected rootstock and vigour of apricot varieties grafted Prunus spinosa rootstock was determined % 30-35 more weak compared control rootstock . In the analyzes leaves of grafted on the selected rootstock of apricot cvs.; amount of macro and micro plant nutrients was occurred between baseline. Macro and micro nutrient deficiencies in the rootstock /scion combinations were not found. Incompatibility of grafted on the DO-2, SP-1, SP-3 and Dİ-3 rootstocks Kabaaşı varieties have been estimated. In general, rootstocks of DO-1, DO-2, DO-3, SP-1 and SP-2 better performed than other rootstocks in the field conditions.
