Abstract (EN)
The coffee sector, which has been a trend in socializing and people's entertainment from the past to the present, has become a frequently used research topic by researchers. Today, people's love for soft drinks leads to a desire to have an idea about the future of the coffee industry. However, the continuity of this sector, where the demand is so high, should be ensured for importing countries. The ability of coffee bean production to meet the demand in the world is becoming more and more important every day. Considering this situation, it is seen that the source of coffee beans is limited and needs to be protected, as is the case with every source. In this study, the consumption forecast in the coffee industry was studied in order to guide the coffee industry in order to ensure its continuity in the coming years. The data used in the study does not include precise judgments, since they are data compiled in a real-life problem. Therefore, the intuitionistic fuzzy approach has been used. Today, the use of fuzzy logic methods to analyze the uncertainties that arise in real life problems and to interpret these problems has become widespread. In this study, coffee consumption amounts in certain countries were estimated by intuitionistic fuzzy regression analysis. The reason for choosing intuitionistic fuzzy methods is that they allow you to examine the uncertainties between input and output variables, which are the cornerstone of the regression method, in more depth. In this way, forward-looking predictions will provide a prediction for the future of coffee consumption.
