Abstract (EN)
My research aims to make suggestions to determine and develop declarative levels of nurses and other allied health personnel. Descriptive and cross sectional methods of research are used within the scope of the research. The research is done with 190 people among whom are health care personnel, nurses and allied health personnel at Kartal Koşuyolu Education and Research Hospital. Sample number is 163. Cognitive point of view assessment scale of quality and indicator management employees and declarative level questionnaire are used in the research. The research shows that, indicators adharent to the declarative research aren't declared as they should be. In this sense, it's clear that health care personnel's cognitive points of views about indicator management should be improved. As a consequence, current indicator management subject that supplies determination and control of health care deficiency, quality improvement studies and patient – health care personnel safety is not adequate as it should be. In this sense all institutions should pay a great attention.
