Abstract (EN)
Businesses need to satisfy their customers' desires and expectations in order to maintain their operations in this day by day increasing intense competitive environment. While satisfying customars' desires ideally, businesses should control the cost of their operations. In order to obtain the best quality at the most reasonable price, they need pay strict attention to quality costs. The purpose of this thesis is to determine and examine the quality costs in terms of PAF model in a medical parts production company. Case study method has been chosen as study method because it fits to the application of the study and provides a detailed analysis. Data of 2014 and 2015 has been used to determine quality costs.
