Abstract (EN)

Today, innovations in the field of technology bring about a decrease in the differences between business administrations, institutions and organizations. The fact that everyone has access to information and technology at a price does not mean that they will reach the same results as these data. With the spread of using technology and communication, it is easy to access information and nowadays, one of the most important elements that distinguish business administrations from each other is the qualified workforce. Although it is a condition that every institution and organization wants to have employees who are trained and experienced in their fields, these establishments may not always be able to keep the qualified workforce within. For different reasons, job breaks occur and unfortunately, having lost the qualified workforce can negatively affect businesses administrations and institutions. Mobbing is one of the most important reason for leaving the job, in addition to the personal and inevitable reasons (military service, marriage, natural disasters etc.) that may cause employees to leave their job. In this study, mobbing perceptions of 184 academic and 208 administrative personnel, who working in Van Yüzüncü Yıl University and Hakkari University, were measured via a questionnaire consisting of 70 questions, between October 2017 and April 2018. After the comparison of the academic and administrative personnel groups with the help of t-test, the groups were divided into sub-classes according to various factors and run to ANOVA test to determine difference between the sub-classes. In the light of the data obtained, it was tried to determine how much mobbing perceptions affect the leaving job. According to the results, it was observed that employees' perceptions of mobbing were high, but did not have a statistically significant effect on the idea of leaving job. It was determined that mobbing perception levels of academic staff were higher than administrative staff. When the mobbing perception levels of the academic staff were evaluated, it was found that there was a difference between the groups of graduates and doctorate graduates, and mobbing perception levels of graduate graduates were higher.
