Abstract (EN)
Our country has also been affected from the reform works in the public administration seen all over the world, the organizatonal variation processes, in which the health sector has also been involved, have begun. This study has been prepared as three chapters. In the first chapter public administration reform and the factors which require this reform have been explained. In the second chapter of the study emphasizes the evolution of healt system in Turkey from the Turkish republic period to today.
