Solution suggestions to ethical and unethical behaviors in public administration

By studying ethical problems in public administration, he focuses on the nature, origins and solution proposals of these problems. In contemporary society, ethical problems of public administration can shake the trust of society and reduce the effectiveness of public institutions. Therefore, this thesis aims to contribute to the understanding and solving of this important issue. A general assessment of ethical problems in public administration is being made. Then, the origins and prevalence of these problems are examined. Ethical problems that arise in various fields (for example, budget management, personnel management, decision-making processes) and the consequences caused by these problems are addressed. Strategies and approaches to solving ethical problems are being examined. In this context, various measures such as legal regulations, institutional reforms, education and awareness programs are being discussed. In addition, it is aimed to determine the best practices in ethical governance by taking into account international good practice examples. The necessity of a holistic approach to solving ethical problems in public administration is emphasized and it is suggested that these problems can be effectively addressed only on the basis of social participation, transparency and accountability.
