The state of refugee and stateless in the context of conflict law and the assessment of executive law according to the status of citizens

The subject of this thesis constitutes "The State of Refugee and Stateless in the Context of Conflict Law and The Assessment of Executive Law according to the Status of Citizens". The purpose of this thesis is examined the stateless, the beneficiaries of international protection, status holders who are not in this scope and the asylum seeker has been established in the context of a dispute over the law in which an actual situation arises is examined to ascertain which law is enforced and reqired to enforced. This thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, the law status of the asylum seeker, the refugee and the stateless is examined. In the second part, the subject of the Conflict Law and connecting factor- connecting subject are investigated. In the third part, The State of Refugee and Stateless in the Context of Conflict Law and The Assessment of Executive Law according to the Status of Citizens are explained with sub categories. In the results of this thesis, the report is presented about The State of Those who have obtained the protection of another state and Stateless in the Context of Conflict Law and The Assessment of Executive Law according to the Status of Citizens. And it is made inferences to require the fulfill of legal void.
