Abstract (EN)
Recently, patients? rights has been one of the most debated topics in the health care literature. It is accepted as a reflection of human rights in this field and deserves its importance attached to the documents about human rights. In this study,it is aimed to compare the knowledge and attitudes of the personnel about patient rights working in the second line health care facility. Medical service is a group work.Therefore,this research has been done in order to reflect the opinions of all the personnel of the hospital. This research is a defining study.The 314 personnel working in Kdz.Ereğli State Hospital constitute the samples of it. As a conclusion,major findings illustrate that the participants of the research have enough knowledge about patient rights; but, their attitudes towards patient rights are medium level.
