Abstract (EN)

The synthesis of (rGO / RuO2, rGO / RuO2 / PANİ, MWCNT / RuO2, Fulleren / RuO2 and rGO / RuO2 / PVK) nanocomposites were obtained from conducting polymers (polyaniline, poly9-vinylcarbazole), Ruthenium (IV) oxide (RuO2) and carbon-based materials (reduced-graphene oxide, multiwalled carbon nanotubes, and fullerenes). These synthesized nanocomposites were characterized by SEM-EDAX, FTIR-ATR, BET, CV, GCD, and EIS. The specific capacitance (Csp), energy (E) and power (P) densities and stability test results were obtained in 1 M H2SO4 solution using two symmetric supercapacitor device by electrochemical measurements such as CV, GCD, and EIS. Experimental and theoretical data are simulated with the most suitabe electrochemical circuit models of (LRQ(CR), LR(QR)(CR), LR(QR(CR)) and LR(QR)(QR). Nowdays, energy storage systems have become very critical importance. Using a metal oxide such as RuO2, which gives high specific capacitance values, a combination with carbon based nanocomposites including conducting polymers such as (polyaniline, and poly-9-vinyl carbazole) can be used to obtain supercapacitor device applications. In addition, these supercapacitors supply clean environment, and cheap materials.
