Abstract (EN)
In the improving Technologies tunnelling works gets faster in energy and transportation field. As known construction and mining works can be accepted as the most dangerous profession. Tunnelling works are the combination of mining and construction which can be classified as most hazardous works. In this study risks assessed of Kargı Hydropower Plant Tunnel construction and possible risks are evaluated. L Type Matrix used for risk assessment. Precautions defined about risks and hazard management.
