Effects of participants' perception on improvement of congress tourism a research in Antalya sample

The purpose of this study is to bring forward proposals aiming at the development of convention tourism by evaluating the preferences, expectation and satisfaction of the participants in congress.İn this study ,Survey method was preferred to collect the data. The population of this research includes the participants of Pediatric Probiotic Prebiotic Congress held between 21 st and 24 th of February in Antalya. The analysis of this study shows that there is a positive correlation between congress preferences and satisfaction of expectance. In addition to this, Congress preferences are seen to affect the satisfaction of expectance moderately in a positive way. Academic titles of the congress participants are seen to cause significant difference in the aspect of financial cost.And participants who are professors score more than the research assistant participants.
