Abstract (EN)
In organizations, it is expected that there will be a harmony between the various jobs and tasks, the employees who will perform these tasks, and the qualifications and performance of the employees and the wages and rewards provided to them. This harmony is basically based on the principle of justice. However, nepotism may occur during employment and employment by going beyond this principle with family ties and cultural factors. It is assumed that favoritism may adversely affect the perception of justice. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between nepotism and organizational justice in hotel business. For this purpose, firstly, a literature review was conducted in order to determine the theoretical relationship between the variable: The universe of the research consists of employees of five-star hotel businesses operating in the Marmara region. The data of the research was collected by the questionnaire method, and the study was carried out with the participation of 424 employee: According to the results of the research, it has been determined that there are significant and negative effects between nepotism and organizational justice in hotel businesse:
