Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACTInformal Employment From The Point Of Prevention Of Social Security ReformSocial Security is an indispensable element of contemporary societies. Social security is a system on which is based the fact that individuals forming the society should quarantee themselves beforehand by paying premiums during the periods which they can work and gain profits against the socio-economic risks that they will be able to come across. Social security has an important role in preventing of social peace and poverty. The individuals whose income levels are low and who are unemployed may tend to commit crime sooner in society. In the face of the risks such as loss of income and unemployment, the protective role of social security comes to the forefront.The fact that this role should be fulfilled soundly will only be able to make it possible by being generalized the social security to all fractions forming the society. The fact that some fractions deprive of this assurance will affect social easiness, comfort and peace negatively. Generalization of social security and the solution matter of the unregistered employment problem is quite important on that occount.Some precautions have been taken about the solution of the unregistered employment problem in the new social security reform in our country. Obtaining information about those who work informally by state institutions and organizations and banks and forming crime report line for those who are made to work informally are some precautions that are taken. Such and similar precautions have given acceleration about the solution of the issue within the short process after the reform has come into force. However, the problem of unregistered employment is a fact to be solved by all the fractions of society by putting forth the effort totally.
