Abstract (EN)

In that study, several phonotheque, morphologic and semantic change and developments in the historical course of Turkish were entreated. Content of the research which was put into practice in terms of word families was cramped with first voiced roots and timeframe of East Turkish written language which was until from epigraphes to second half of 15th century. It was not coincided to root form in the texts and so the stems, which gave the impression of root at first glance, by being included to monosyllable roots which belong to cognate words were gathered. The roots which preface with `a? sound generated new units with replacement sounds which come to the head of the word and by adding products of these new styles to the roots? derivations broadened to the word families and uttarence entities. Sound developmets and sound events which occured in consequence of the affixations are able to be followed comperatively with the word trees which were constituted in conjoined noun and verb stems according to the roots and derivation ways of the roots. Word families exemplify derivation and generation behaviours of Turkish in historical processs aside from phonotheque developments we will be able to express as general alternation term and in addition to several meaning events.
