Abstract (EN)
AIDS was first discovered in the USA in 1981. This disease, caused by the HIV virus, is a serious illness with fatal consequences. Worldwide, approximately 25 million people die each year due to this disease. Since no cure has been found yet, AIDS continues to threaten our lives. A HIV/AIDS model was examined in our study. Differential equations, which is a mathematical modeling method, attracts great attention in our daily life by gaining application areas from engineering to finance and economics, from population dynamics to medical science.. Within the scope of our study, the random HIV/AIDS model and the random fractional HIV/AIDS model were investigated with the help of different numerical and semi-analytical methods. The probability characteristics of the obtained solutions were calculated and the graphs of the obtained solutions were drawn with the help of MATLAB or MAPLE package programs.
