These fifteen altars round, is one of the rectangular body. Completely made of local limestone. Also chronology of the altars have been evaluated at the end of project. During the typological survey , it has been seen that altars of Kibyra display different qualites in terms of ornaments which have been seen at other regions of Anatolia. Within these unique qualites, door portraits are the most prominent ones. On one side of the Altars in Cat. 6-11 has been shown a door portrait. (Lev. XI, 1?6; Lev. XXXVI, İllustration. 1?6) At the circular altars and Ostotheks which have been founded in Anatolia so far not a door portrait has been encountered. Aside from Anatolia a door pattern has been seen only on a Lindos circular altar. While in Rome this pattern is widely used on rectangle altars. It is also determinned that girland arrangements of the altars of Kibyra have unique qualities. Especially girland arrangements of altars in catalogues 5, 7, 8 and 9 are unique and similar arrangements haven?t been encountered. At the end of chronological study, it has been understood that the altars of Kibyra were used during 1st and 2nd centuries A.C.
