Classical Italian painting and current interpretation

Renaissance erat hat emerged and continued in Italy is an important result of changing of human perception. Thus in other words, it can be considered as the rebirth of freedom. renaissance brought a perceptive change such as an understanding that seperates religion and life rather than a life that is based on religion. Classical Italian paintings started with artist like Giotto and Cimabue and left its mark with artists like Raffaello, Leonardo da Vinci and Tiziano. Renaissance's understanding is rather different from modern age. In accordance todays art institution is also different from Renaissance. In Renaissance art was related to a specific regions' culture whereas in modern ages it is related to a global scope. Todays artists tried to reflect Renaisance artists' unique works in their own represantaions. Present study aims to investigate Classical Italian paintings and their modern representations.
