Abstract (EN)
Clinicans often uses Extenden Spectrum of Beta Lactam antibiotics because of its bacterisid effects and miniority of advers effects. When usage of these medicines increases in clinics, bacteria resistance dependent on beta lactamase against these antibiotics also increases. In this study, 194 Klesbsiella isolates, 172(%88,66) of beta lactamase enzyme activity are positive. In this study, Amikacin, Ampicillin, Piperacillin, Sulbactam/Ampicillin and Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole were used. Sensitivity of Sulbactam/Ampicillin %13,40, sensitivity of Ampicillin %2,06, sensitivity of Trimethoprim/ Sulfamethoxazole %34,02, sensitivity of Piperacillin %1,03 were observed but sensitivity of Amikacin %45,36 was observed in Klebsiella strains. In this study, ESBL were found in K.rhinoscleromatis, K. ornitolytica, K.ozaenae as K.pneumoniae and K.oxytoca. The existence of the ESBL has been investigated by Double Disc Synergy Test(DDST) and disc method including Clavulonic acide combination.ESBL has been detected %65 in Klesbsiella bacteria by DDST. Klebsiella isolates are sensitive to Amoxycillin/Clavulonic acide %19,7, Ceftazidime %39,17, Aztreonam %28,35, Cefotaxime %10,82, Ceftriaxone %22,16, Cefpodoxime %12,89 of DDST antibiotics. ESBL has been detected %53 in Klesbsiella bacteria by disc method including Clavulonic acide combination. The existence of ESBL has been observed at 2 of 2 K. ornithinolytica, 1 of 2 K.rhinoscleromatis, 5 of 8 K.ozaenae, 8 of 15 K.oxytoca, 110 of 167 K.pneumoniae by DDST. The existence of ESBL has been observed at 5 of 8 K. ozaenae, 5 of 15 K. oxytoca, 90 of 167 K. pneumoniae and at K. ornithinolytica, K.rhinoscleromatis ESBL were found same as DDST by disc method including Clavulonic acide combination.Differences from the point of view of beta lactamase and ESBL enzyme activity is also being observed in countries, areas, hospitals and between clinics in the same hospitals. In this study, ESBL were found high ratio in Klebsiella.
