The impact of the leadership style of the top manager on the creative behavior of the employees in SME

The concept of creativity has been seen as a concept that manifests itself in all areas of life and permeates all areas of life. In this context, the more efficiently creativity is used within an organization, the more positive results it will give from the organization's point of view. The approaches of the leaders within the organization should be aimed at increasing the productivity and creativity of the employees. In the first part of this thesis,the concept of leadership, the concept of creativity in the second part, and in the third part, the effects of leadership behavior on creativity, the relationship between them were examined. Research findings have revealed a meaningful relationship between perceived organizational creativity, creative climate, and transformative leadership behaviors in these businesses. Furthermore, the research findings in leadership behaviour assessments for employees and managers of these enterprises are in harmony on a certain level, no significant difference between the perceptions of creativity of all levels of employees and managers on the results revealed that demographic variables did not have an impact.
