Abstract (EN)
In this study, public financial resources of SMEs and subsidized to the SMEs by government have been explained in details. A survey application was made to 168 institutes where they are in Adıyaman and Gaziantep to assist government support's effect on SMEs performance. As a result of application, it has been observed that SMEs could not benefit enough from financial instruments. It wasn't been reached to an expecting level in spite of lacking support rate by government. Also it has been demonstrated that government supports have positive effect on the business.
