Abstract (EN)
In the globalizing world, businesses becoming more competitive push businesses to gain awareness. Today, the service sector aims to touch the emotions and behaviors of people in order to capture this awareness. This purpose enterprise and internal customers (employees) and external customers reinforces commitment towards. Businesses that value their employees ensure that their employees are both satisfied with their work and are connected in their organizations. It is thought that job satisfaction and organizational commitment are increased in enterprises that best evaluate employees' leisure time. In the study, literature studies about concepts were done first. The first section review the concept of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, the second section reviews the concept of recreation detail. The third part of the study consists of an application for the purpose of determining the relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction and recreational activities and the employees working in accommodation businesses in the tourism sector. Regression analyzes were used to determine whether there was an interaction with commitment and commitment to managed organizations, and positive constructive engagement and organizational commitment dimensions on recruitment-related satisfactory dimensions as a result of structuring analyzes were determined to have a negative effect only on continuing commitment.
