Polarization and dynamics in Turkey in the context of bad polarization

Why social integrity could not be achieved in Turkey. This study seeks answers to the problem of polarization; it presents the historical adventure, actors, dynamics and fate of Turkish political polarization in the context of conflict-creating political cultural elements. The modernization moves, which were implemented by reference to the west with a wholesale and radical acceptance of the Republic Turkey, which began during the fall of the Ottoman Empire, are the basis for political polarization. Contrasts between traditionalist masses who resist change in the face of the administrative forces of the political will that imposed modernity form the fault lines of today's cultural problems. The fact that Turkish society has a political memory that is prone to polarization creates malicious polarization in different axes in different periods. Although the concept of polarization, which deepens problems, covers lawlessness, law violations, threatens social life, damages the country's reputation, creates a confrontational political space devoid of consensus and, most importantly, divides society, is widely used in everyday language, academic studies in this regard are extremely limited. The extremely limited academic studies have been the reason why this concept has been investigated. A qualitative method was preferred in the study, the data of which were obtained through documentary scanning.
