Analysis of crypto assets in terms of Comparative Law and applicability these examinations to Turkish law

Crypto assets are considered risky assets due to their high volatility, lack of centralized supervision, lack of liquidity guarantee and vulnerability to cyber-attacks. The Bitcoin cryptoasset, which has become increasingly popular in recent years, has been the starting point for the development of other cryptoassets. As the diversity of crypto assets has increased, ICO activity, which is often likened in the doctrine to crowdfunding regulated under capital market law, has also been on the rise. Despite the increase in the variety of crypto assets and their widespread use in the world, there is no consensus on what their legal nature is. Determining the legal nature of crypto assets and identifying the regulatory arrangements in the world regarding these assets constitute the focus of our study.
