The evaluation of lipid parameters chronic kidney failure patients

Chronic renal failure is characterized by the progressive and irreversible degeneration of the renal mass. Late phase renal failure is considered as the eventual point. From this point on, the patient can no longer continue life without the help of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or transplantation. Hemodialysis is still the most common method that is used in the treatment of last phase renal failure. The studies show that an effective hemodialysis decreases both morbidity and mortality. In this study it is investigated the patients they get hemodialysis treatment because of chronic kidney failure is investigated. We worked 23 (12 male) dialysis patient as patient group and 26 (12 male) healthy group. In this study we compared the two groups by the level of urea, creatinin, trigliseride, cholesterol, HDL, LDL and VLDL. As aresult in patients group cholesterol levels are higher than healthy group but this not very important. As we come to other parameters in urea, creatinin and HDL levels are (p < 0.0001), LDL (p <0.4552), trigliseride and VLDL (p<0.020) these are express important difference. We compared urea-cholesterol and urea LDL and we find positive correlation.
