Abstract (EN)

Feline inflammatory bowel disease is defined as chronic gastrointestinal disorders that causing vomiting, diarrhea and chronic weight loss. Although, ethiopathogenesis of IBD is not clear; abnormal immune response to microbiota and luminal antigens, genetic factors and immunoregulatory factors could be the reason for this severe inflammation. Clinical tests for eliminating other differential diseases and histopathological analysis for inflammatory bowel disease diagnosis carried out from n=5 healthy control group and n=10 diseased group. FCEAI clinical scoring measured from n=10 diseased group. After this, colonic biopsies and fecal samples collected from n=5 healthy control group and n=10 diseased group. We analyzed microbial compozition from fecal sample, and IL-17F, IL-17A, IL-10 expression from colonic biopsies. The relationship between microbiota and inflammatory bowel disease looked and role of the etiopathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease. Between groups, FCEAI scoring differs importantly. In the laboratory analysis, there was no specific findings for this disease. In the ultrasonography, there were lesions on wall of the intestine at least moderate diseases. In the colonoscopy, there were findings about the colon and this was reflective of the disease. In the microbiome analysis, there were no statistically difference for operational taxonomic units between the groups. For the interleukins, there were statistically important difference between groups IL-17A and IL-10 (p<0.05) but there was no statistically difference for IL-17F (p>0.05).
