Abstract (EN)
This study explores the user experience design of a pet health information system and mobile application designed to meet the needs of veterinarians and pet owners.It also examines how user experience design can be used to increase the availability and user satisfaction of information systems. The scope of the research focuses on how veterinarians who provide access through the Animal Information System affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry can solve user needs and system problems by implementing user experience strategies so that they can use the system more effectively and efficiently. At the same time,the design of a mobile application that will enable pet owners to access the pet health information system and keep track of their pets' health records is handled. Another aim of this study is to emphasize how user experience design approaches should be adopted in the design of information systems. It is aimed to create a framework on how user experience design approaches can be used to understand user needs, identify problems and generate creative solutions.
