أسس العلاقات الإنسانية في القرآن الكريم وأثرها في ترسيخ الأمن المجتمعي: دراسة موضوعية

The subject of this research deals with the relationship between Muslims and their fellow Muslims, highlighting the purposes of the Holy Quran in building human relations within the Muslim community. It also explores the concept of humanity in the Quran. Given that today's world has become like a small village due to modern means of communication, and that nearly every Muslim has work, neighborly, or educational relationships with non-Muslims, this situation raises the question: Is it prohibited for Muslims to maintain relationships of kindness or mercy with non-Muslims under these circumstances? This question prompted me to refer to various sources of exegesis, jurisprudence, and books on human and social relations, both old and contemporary. In this study, I aimed to highlight the Quran's precedence in enacting legislations that underpin human relations and their prominent impact on establishing social security. My approach involved examining the verses and hadiths related to human relations and their foundations, and how the Quran organized these relationships. This study comprises an introduction, which discusses my research process, and three chapters. The first chapter addresses the conceptual dimension of human relations. The second chapter covers the Quranic foundations for human coexistence, starting with human dignity, moving through the duty of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and ending with the relationship with non-Muslims. The third chapter discusses the foundations of the relationship between Muslims and the impact of these foundations on establishing social security. The conclusion is followed by the sources and references I consulted. The research concluded that Islam is distinguished by its rules and legislations that encompass everything a person needs in their dealings, worship, and relationships with themselves and those around them, whether Muslims or non-Muslims. These legislations and rules have preserved coexistence between Muslims and others within the boundaries and foundations set by the wise Sharia.
