Commentary of the verses with the concept of "mutraf" in the Quran

The Quran is the word of Allah that is waiting to be interpreted in every period. In classical tafsir books, the verses are generally prepared according to the mushaf order, not in a certain order. In this study, in order to ensûre the integrity of the subject in a comprehensible way, the verses in which the concept of "mutraf" is mentioned in different surahs are tried to be handled as a whole. The main purpose of the study is to lay the groundwork for interpretations by reaching a conclusion about who the people expressed with the concept of "mutraf" are. The study consists of two parts. In the first chapter, the word meaning of the term "mutraf" and the term in the Quran are given. In the second part, the texts of the verses, the important words and detailed interpretation of the verses are discussed. In the study, commentary sources were used, in addition, the study was enriched with theses and articles related to the subject, and the study was ended with the conclusion section.
