Abstract (EN)

Corporate image is the total perception of the stakeholders about the establishment. Corporate image is one of the important factors of existence for the institutions where there is a vast competition. The most significant factor that enables the companies existing in the aviation sector to have a positive perception is the positive reflection of the employees' affirmative attitude and behaviour to the external stakeholders as a result of the positive perception about the image of the company. In this context, the main purpose of this research is determining the dimensions that form the Corporate image, perceived by the employees and researching whether these dimensions differ according to each employee. Within the scope of the research, a questionnaire has been prepared to measure the perception of the corporate image. In the research, Corporate image has been examined under 4 sub-dimensions including innovaiton, reliability, performance and social responsibility and as a result of the performed analysis, these dimensions have been re-named as dynamic, corporate, social responsibility and performance. Corporate identity has been searched in four dimensions as sincere, calm, aggressive, reliable. During the search, the relation between the corporate image and the personnel perception have been studied. To analyze the research data, reliability test, factor analysis tests have been applied.
