Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to examine and establish the relationship between corporate image and organizational commitment. İn this research, two variables were examined which is including effective communication and corporate social responsibility as a corporate image display operation. Thus, effective communication and corporate social responsibility variables were studied to determine the relationship on organizational commitment. Exploring the relationship between these concepts could have implications for management research and human resources management practices. The population of the study consists of employees of two company in İzmir which have been worked in the shoe sector. 150 employees from these two organizations provided data for his study by responding to survey questionnaires. Obtained data was recorded an statistic program and analyzed. Results of data analysis showed that corporate image was related to organizational commitment significantly.
