Abstract (EN)

The importance of the concept of corporate reputation in terms of the institutions is emphasized in this study. The factors affecting the concept of corporate reputation directly and indirectly are handled in positive and negative ways. Regarding the assumption that the motivations of the working individuals affect the performance of the institutions, the models considering both high motivation of working individuals in the institions and factors affecting individuals' focuses to their jobs in a positive way have been utilized for the evaluation. In this study, it is seen that at the end of the corporate reputation scale, the reliability level is not high. In this study, it is thought that the institution is providing the necessary trust in terms of corporate reputation. When considering the motivation scale of the employees, the idea is that the employees have much over confidence, and they provide productivity to their institutions.
