Abstract (EN)

RELATIONSHIP AN APPLICATION PERCEPTION FOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND JOB SATISFACTIONThis research has been prepared to determine the level of job satisfaction of white collar workers and blue collar workers where corporate governance is applied and that has rating point for corporate governance, to present that the level of job satisfaction in institutions is whether differed or not according to application of corporate governance and to analyze the relationship between the level of job satisfaction of workers and demographical features.The survey prepared in line with this purpose was applied to 140 blue-collar and white-collar workers of two companies which apply corporate governance in 2010, in August.The results of survey was analyzed in computer environment, with the programme of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for windows 15.0. In the result of research, it is asserted that the workers? level of job satisfaction is not high whose corporate governance perception are high. In other words, it was decided that statistically there is not important relationship between corporate governance and the level of job satisfaction. Besides, it was figured out that white-collar workers? level of job satisfaction is higher than blue-collar workers? level of job satisfaction, and there is statistically important relationship between all variables, except sexes and number of children, which are demographical features of workers and job satisfaction.Keywords: Perceptıon of Corporate Governance, Job Satisfaction, Stakeholder
