Patients' age, gender, anatomical localization, diameter, clinical type, duration, and dermoscopic patterns of the lesions were examined with the DermLite dermoscopy device and images were taken. Results: The mean age and standard deviation of 168 patients participating in the study was 26.60 ± 19.64. Of the 168 lesions included in the study, 62 (36.9%) were face, 78 (46.4%) were upper extremity, 1 (0.5%) neck, 23 (13.6%) lower extremity, 4 (2.4%) of them were in the trunk location. In dermoscopic examination; Of 168 lesions, 160 (95.2%) had generalized erythema, 90 (53.6%) had hyperkeratosis, 100 (59.5%) had ulcers, and 60 (35.7%) had a white exploding star pattern, 56 (33.3%) had yellow drops and 19 (11.3%) had salmon-colored ovoid structure. Various vascular formation was detected in 141 (83.9%) of 168 lesions evaluated, while no vascular pattern was found in 27 (16.1%). Linear vessels of vascular patterns 70 (41.7%), point vessels 69 (41.1%), comma-shaped vessels 54 (32.1%), hairpin-shaped vessels 44 (26.2%), branching vessels 28 (16%) 7), glomerular vessels were observed in 24 (14.3%) and corkscrew vessels in 10 (5.9%) lesions. Dermoscopic findings were categorized and analyzed according to the duration of the lesion (less than 6 months and longer) and the localization of the lesion (face and trunk). Conclusion: In the diagnosis of Cutaneous Leishmaniasis, culture is time consuming and has low sensitivity, histopathological examination is invasive. Dermoscopic examination is a non-invasive, practical, fast and easy-to-use diagnostic method that is frequently used in dermatology practices and based on close-up imaging of lesions. In a VII few studies in the literature, it has been stated that dermoscopic examination can have a diagnostic value in the diagnosis of CL and can be used easily in outpatient clinic conditions.
