Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) quality on organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the employess by taking a multidimensional approach including effect, commitment, contribution and professional respect. In this stduy, it was tackled as an independent variables are sub-dimensions of leader-member exchange; as a dependent variables are emotional, continuance and normative commitment sub-dimensions of organizational commitment. As the population of the study, employess in the five star hotels in Antalya Belek region were selected. The data required for the research were obtained by a questionnaire. The 319 person data set which was obtained by using convenience sampling in the field research was evaluated with IBM SPSS 22 package software. Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis, t-test, anova test and post hoc tests TUKEY and LSD were used in the statistical analysis. As a result of the research, it is concluded that the professional respect, which is one of the sub-dimensions of leader-member exchange, has a significant positive effect on emotional and normative commitment. The other results indicate that under the dimensions of leader-member exchange, loyalty and professional respect have a positive effect on job satisfaction.
