A study on the relationship between the use of leader's power resources

Nowadays, organizations requirements to competent leaders has increased in order to continue their existence, to reach a certain set of goals within a certain plan, effective and efficient use of human element which is the most important resources of organization. Leaders should understand power resources in their hand, know how to use them in conditions and predict the reactions previously that the employees may reveal against them in order to achieve the aims of organization in the best way. Leaders who can not asses these dynamics in the organization will not achieve the goals of the organization and will be the sources of the negative impacts that depends on the human factor. The managers who want to have organizational commitment at the high level should consider to use expertise and identity power resources during the management stage and exhibit leadership types accordingly. Because, the managers who exhibit exemplary behaviour in every sense, special knowledge, skill and experience preferred by the subordinates.
