Abstract (EN)

In today's world, where there is a rapidly increasing competition between organizations with technological change and development, as well as globalization, there are crises arising from both physical and social reasons. Leaders, who are important for organizations in times of crisis and are positioned at the top of the organization in times of crisis, are of great importance for both their behaviors and the strategies they will follow before and after the crisis. Leaders and managers who manage all of these processes also direct the whole organization with their attitudes and behaviors. While the type of these investments can be physical, such as improving infrastructure, there are also investments made for human beings. Organizations want to increase their competencies and skills by investing in their internal customers, such as training, in order to achieve success in their goals and objectives. At the same time, they want to keep this positivity within the organization. Considering all these investments in today's world, there are financial and moral losses of leaving the job. Employees' commitment to organizations can vary from self-directed leaders. The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of the concepts of crisis and ethical leadership on employee engagement separately.
