Abstract (EN)
In this study, Lipman semigroups of a numerical semigroup is studied and examined. Here, basic information about Lipman numerical semigroups and Lipman semigroups of all Arf numerical semigroups whose multiplicity less than 9 and have a fixed positive integer C conductor are given. In this thesis firstly, some important theorems and definitions are mentioned with general information in any S numerical semigroup. After that, the definition and basic properties of Arf numerical semigroups, in particular, by making use of these semigroups Lipman numerical semigroups of all Arf numerical semigroups that have a certain conductor less than 9 and some theorems obtained from these Lipman numerical semigroups and the results related to these theorems are mentioned.
