Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the relationships between logistics flexibility, relationship flexibility, logistics service quality and relationship satisfaction were researched. In addition, it has been examined whether environmental uncertainty has a moderator role in these relationships. This study covers the companies operating in Gaziantep OSB. Mailing lists were created based on the records in the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry. The scales were sent to a total of 1627 companies by e-mail and company managers were asked to fill in online survey forms. The managers of 366 companies have filled these scales in full. The data obtained were analyzed by SEM, mediator and moderator tests. According to the results of the analysis, logistics flexibility and relationship flexibility affect logistics service quality positively and significantly. Logistics service quality positively and significantly affects relationship satisfaction. Besides, it's reached findings that the effect of logistics flexibility on relationship satisfaction and the moderated role of the environmental uncertainty on effect of the effect on logistics service quality and relationship satisfaction.
