Abstract (EN)

RISK ASSESSMENT BY FINNE-KINNEY, FMEA AND 5X5 MATRIX QUANTITATIVE METHODS IN MACHINE WORKSHOPS ABSTRACT Machine sector has a very important place in our country. Rapidly changing and developing world standards, the interest and relevance of this sector is increasing and improving day by day. Because countries have to use machine technology both in the field of production and in the defense industry and in other fields. Machinery workshops are a very important part of production in our country. For this reason, machine shops have a great place in vocational schools where machinery technology is opened by our government and private sector to train qualified workers in this secto In our country, work security culture is very important in the foreground as well as in all fields. The fact that business accidents are so high in this sector will help to better understand the importance of this. We must know and see the machines in the machine shops and the hazards that may arise from them. So we have to do risk assessments very well. In this study I used three different risk assessments at any machine workshop in Istanbul to compare and evaluate the results. In addition, according to these results, I made suggestions at the point of improvement. In addition, I see that a risk from a dangerous machine that has a machine in my work can not be hidden under any risk assessment.
