Abstract (EN)
23 honey samples were taken from Malatya and thirteen different localities in 2014-2015 palynological and physicochemical analysis performed on these samples. Following the polen analysis, 84 taxa belonging to 31 families were detected. Eight of the honey samples are identified as unifloral and fifteen of them are multifloral. In samples, predominant polen types were Astragalus sp. and Salix sp. In samples, secondary pollen types were Astragalus sp., Brassica sp., Centaurea sp., Coronilla sp., Hedysarum sp., Onobrychis sp., Salix sp. and Trifolium sp. Astragalus sp., Brassica sp., Carduus sp., Centaurea sp., Crataegus sp., Echium sp., Onobrychis sp., Paliurus sp., Prunus sp., Quercus sp., Rubus sp., Salvia sp., Salix sp., Solanum sp., Thymus sp. ve Trifolium sp. were the most represented taxas. Accordingly, our honey samples moisture, acidity, pH, brix, electrical conductivity standarts is appropriate in terms of the Councıl Dırectıve of the European Union and Turkish Food Codex Communique of Honey.
