The TKY mentality in all education staff is one of the most important steps in the education of first guality members for ife.The existing system is based on assuming the existing ideas without adding any personal details, not on free ideas and an open mentality. This shows us the insufficency of the given imformation for demonstrating personal internal force of the member ,ability of productivity and increasing the possibilities for success.We have to observe the existing education systemvery systematically in the way of searching the programs for developments in the system. First of all ,we made an observation to know the interests of students to mathmatics classe in order to see their. We believe that the results of this process would be really usefull nowadays in which the Ministery of Education has assumed the establishment of TKY methodology in existing education system.
