Medikal turizm kapsaminda hasta memnuniyet ve sadakatinin yerli ve yabanci hastalarin mukayese edilerek i̇ncelenmesi

In this study, it is aimed to determine whether the health services provided to patients in our country are provided to foreign patients and local patients in the same way, regardless of patient discrimination, by taking patient perceptions into account. At the same time, it is aimed to determine to what extent the perceived discrimination perception towards patients coming from abroad affects the satisfaction and loyalty of both domestic and foreign patients. The population of the research consists of all domestic and foreign patients and their relatives who received outpatient and inpatient treatment in a private hospital in Istanbul Bağcılar between April and July 2021. In the hospital chosen in line with the research, data were collected from the patients and their relatives using the face-to-face survey method, one of the quantitative research methods. The questionnaire used was prepared in 2 languages, English and Turkish, and was translated into different languages ​​such as Arabic, Russian and French with the help of translators working in the hospital and directed to the patients. Considering the pandemic conditions, 110 patients could be reached while collecting the survey data. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) 23.0 program.
